holes superb golf... Founded in 1994 on the hills
of Tsada is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery, in a gentle
valley. Created by Donald Steel, it plays to a par 72 and measures 6060
meters,
a fine test for players of all abilities.
Situated on the outskirts of Pafos on an altitude of 550 meters
above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months. The
Clubhouse facilities include a bar, restaurant,
tennis,
outdoor swimming
pool, a driving range and putting green.
Historically, it has been part of the monastery of Stavros tis
Minthis, which gives an air of timelessness and romance. A monk may
often be seen in the garden from the 7th tee.
The 18-hole course,
designed by Donald Steel in two loops of nine, reveals the subtle
hand of a man who always allows a course to blend into its natural
surroundings. The Pro shop offers clients an array of golfing
accessories, a boutique, electrically powered Golf Carts and
trolleys. A P.G.A. professional offers tuition and guidance.
